- Open Outlook. On the Tools menu, click Services.
- Click the Services Tab.
- Click the Add... button.

- Highlight Internet Mail.
- Click the OK button.

- Enter a "friendly" name for this account.
- In the Name box, type the name that you want others to
see when you send a message.
- Enter your EMail Address.
- Click the Servers Tab.

- Enter the mail servers in the appropriate boxes.
- Enter your full EMail Address in the Account Name box.
- Enter your EMail Password.
- Check the box labeled My server requires authentication.
- Click the Connection Tab.

- Choose Connect using my phone line.
- Choose your Cledo Online connection in the drop down box.
- Click the Apply button.
- Click the OK button.

- Click the OK button.
- Click File, then Exit and Log Off.
- Restart Outlook.
