- Open Outlook. On the Tools menu, click Email
Accounts.
- Select Add a new email account.
- Click the Next button.
|
|
- For the Server Type, select POP3.
- Click the Next button.
|
|
- In the Your Name box, type the name that you want
others to see when you send a message.
- Enter your EMail Address and servers.
- Under Login Information, enter your full EMail Address
and Password.
- Click the Next button.

- Click the Finish button.
